USA Hockey

A USA Hockey registration is required for every player, each season. Once the certificate is received, please send to registrar@jrfalcons.org

Any player 17yrs+ must complete the SafeSport training module - click button below

Upon completion, please send certificate to: registrar@jrfalcons.org

Valley Hockey League Registration

Each player must also be registered with our Valley league once a team placement has been finalized and jersey number assigned.

There is no fee associated with this, only a registration & parent consent.
